The composition and structure of the films synthesized by mw - ecrpemsd technology were examined by electron probe , edx , afm , xrd , sem , moreover the corrosion resistance of films were detected by anodic polarization . furthermore , the wear resistance of films was tested by frictional wear . the relationship between properties of films and mw - ecrpemsd technology was summarized 對微波- ecr等離子體增強非平衡磁控濺射沉積工藝制備的薄膜,采用電子探針、 edx 、 aex 、 xrd 、 sem進(jìn)行成分及微觀結(jié)構(gòu)分析;利用陽極極化測試了薄膜的耐蝕性能;通過摩擦磨損實驗測試了薄膜的耐磨性能;總結(jié)了薄膜的特性與制備工藝的關(guān)系。
The degrees of crystallinity of pure ptfe under the different conditions of water cooling , air cooling and furnace - varying cooling were made comparison by xrd . the thermal stability of pure ptfe and solid lubricant was analyzed by dsc - tg ; the composition and valence state of elements in the surface of carbon fiber , solid lubricant before and after friction test and lubricant transfer film were characterized by xps ; the frictional property of solid lubricant was tested by pin and disk test rig . the frictional wear property of solid lubricant between embedded bearing sleeve and steel axle friction pair ring was tested by special simulate test machine , the hardness of solid lubricant was tested by pm ; the compression strength of solid lubricant was tested by material test machine 用sem表征原料微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、摩擦表面及潤滑轉(zhuǎn)移膜表面形貌:用xrd進(jìn)行原料物相分析,及比較水冷卻、空氣冷卻、隨爐冷卻三種工藝條件下的純聚四氟乙烯樹脂的結(jié)晶度;用dsc - tg分析純聚四氟乙烯樹脂及固體潤滑劑的熱穩(wěn)定性;用xps表征碳纖維表面、固體潤滑劑摩擦前后表面、潤滑轉(zhuǎn)移膜表面的元素組成、價態(tài)變化;用銷盤式摩擦磨損試驗機對固體潤滑劑進(jìn)行摩擦性能測試;采用專用的臺架模擬試驗機對固體潤滑劑鑲嵌軸承套與鋼軸摩擦副間的摩擦磨損性能進(jìn)行測定;用萊次偏光顯微鏡( pm )測試固體潤滑劑的硬度;用材料試驗機測試固體潤滑劑的抗壓強度等。
It is believed that the formation of a1n is not only helpful for improving the properties of samples , but also helpful for bonding . bn and al . sem photos show the river pattern which is bond with tough fracture , bn particles and cnts are also observed . hardness measurement , frictional wear test results reveal that the contents of bn and cnts have apparent influence on the properties of specimens 單獨添加bn和cnts時,樣品的硬度和耐磨、減摩性能都有不同程度的提高;同時添加bn和cnts浙江大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文時,兩者之間表現(xiàn)出明顯的相互作用:樣品的性能可能高于bn和cnts影響的簡單加合,也可能低于對比樣品(無bn和cnts )的性能。
